Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Bring your labeled package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
